He received his degree from Wilmington University and is certified to teach social studies and special education. Todd is passionate about history and enjoys teaching his classes outside, weather permitting. In his free time, Todd loves to travel and play ice hockey.

Roy Smith

has worked in the heavy construction industry for over 15 years. Roy is a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers  Local 800 and has served as a Heavy Construction Equipment Operations instructor at Wind River Job Corps Center for a few years. He also trains students in OSHA construction procedures and helps students attain their commercial driver’s licenses.

has a master’s degree in secondary education and over 20 years of experience working with the development of people in different ways, from at-risk youth to assisted living residents. As Career Transition Readiness instructor, Michael prepares students for life after Job Corps.

Rebecca Little

has a long history with Wind River Job Corps Center. Rebecca started in the security department and then was promoted to her current position as Heavy Truck Driving instructor. Rebecca says she enjoys the challenges each day brings while working at Wind River Job Corps. Rebecca also enjoys witnessing the excitement of the students learning and reaching their goals.
